Payment terms

How payment works, what counts as a successful payment and how services are charged.

These terms apply to both BURAN services: BURAN VPN (app.buran-fly.com) and TG Doctor (proxy.buran-fly.com). Each dashboard has its own balance: a payment tops up the balance of the dashboard where it was made.

1. Providers and security

  • Payments are processed by third-party providers (Platega and others); we do not store card data.
  • Security is ensured by the provider (PCI DSS, etc.).

2. Currency and charging

  • The base currency is USD; the final amount may be converted by the provider.
  • The price is fixed at the time of payment; on success the balance is topped up automatically.
  • Provider fees are governed by the provider's terms.

3. Confirmation and activation

  • A payment is successful once confirmed by the provider.
  • Top-up / activation happens automatically; the status is shown in the dashboard.

4. Refunds and disputes

  • Refunds depend on the service and whether it has been delivered; requests go through support.
  • Disputes may require the provider's involvement; we will provide details of the service.

5. Paying via Platega

  • We accept payments via Platega.
  • Methods (as they are connected): Russian card acquiring, SBP, crypto, SberPay.
  • Payment happens on Platega's side; once confirmed, the balance in the BURAN VPN or TG Doctor dashboard is topped up. We do not store cards.

Как происходит оплата, что считается успешным платежом и как рассчитываются услуги.

Условия действуют для обоих сервисов BURAN: BURAN VPN (app.buran-fly.com) и TG Doctor (proxy.buran-fly.com). У каждого кабинета свой баланс: платёж пополняет баланс того кабинета, в котором он сделан.

1. Провайдеры и безопасность

  • Оплата через сторонних провайдеров (Platega и др.); данные карт мы не храним.
  • Безопасность обеспечивается провайдером (PCI DSS и др.).

2. Валюта и расчёт

  • Базовая валюта — USD; итоговая сумма может конвертироваться провайдером.
  • Стоимость указывается на момент платежа; при успехе баланс пополняется автоматически.
  • Комиссии провайдера регулируются его условиями.

3. Подтверждение и активация

  • Платёж успешен после подтверждения провайдера.
  • Пополнение/активация — автоматически; статус виден в кабинете.

4. Возвраты и споры

  • Возвраты зависят от услуги и статуса оказания; запросы — через поддержку.
  • Споры могут требовать участия провайдера; мы предоставим данные об услуге.

5. Оплата через Platega

  • Принимаем оплату через Platega.
  • Способы (по мере подключения): карточный эквайринг РФ, СБП, крипто, SberPay.
  • Платёж на стороне Platega; после подтверждения пополняется баланс в кабинете BURAN VPN или TG Doctor. Карты у нас не хранятся.
